Job Description
- To educate the student in preparation for the industry in both the theory and practical instruction
Responsible
- Follow School policies and procedures
- Attend staff meetings
- Classroom instruction
- Student salon training area instruction
- Preparation of lesson plans prior to class and the student salon area
- Student coaching sessions
- Monitor student attendance and grades – daily and weekly
- Assist the front desk coordinator
- Assist with inventory
- Assist with training new staff
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and attendance
- Comfortable working with students and clients
- Positive and encouraging attitude
- Must have current Idaho Instructor license
- Professional communication skills
- Team player
